At PwnShop, we believe in empowering curiosity through ethical hacking tools and DIY hardware. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following policies:
1. Ethical Use Policy
All products sold by PwnShop are intended for educational, ethical, and legal use only.
You are responsible for ensuring that the tools you purchase are used in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
We do not condone or support the use of any product for illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Unauthorized access or surveillance
- Network intrusion
- Bypassing access controls without consent
We reserve the right to deny service to anyone suspected of violating this policy.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (custom hardware, electronics, and kits), all sales are final.
However, we do accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged on arrival (must contact us within 7 days of delivery)
- The item is unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase (buyer pays return shipping)
To initiate a return, contact us at: [email protected] with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason.
3. Shipping Policy
- Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days
- Tracking info will be provided once the order is processed
- We ship internationally, but buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import laws in their country
- If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information or import restrictions, the customer must cover re-shipping costs
4. Warranty & Support
- We do not offer warranties unless specifically stated on a product page
- For DIY kits and modules, we are not responsible for improper assembly, flashing errors, or user-side damage

5. Payments
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other forms accepted through Big Cartel’s payment processor.
Orders must be fully paid before shipment.
6. Risk Acknowledgement
Some items may emit radio frequencies or interface with wireless systems. By purchasing, you acknowledge:
- You understand the risks and responsibilities of handling such hardware
- You are not using these devices in restricted or unlawful environments
Misuse of products is solely the buyer’s responsibility.
