Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of our products (custom hardware, electronics, and kits), all sales are final.

However, we do accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item is defective or damaged on arrival (must contact us within 7 days of delivery)

The item is unopened and returned within 14 days of purchase (buyer pays return shipping)
